IASF Credentialing Facilitator – Application
Attention all-star cheer community! We are excited to invite dedicated and experienced cheer professionals to apply to become a live testing facilitator for the IASF credentialing program. If you have a deep understanding of IASF rules, extensive experience teaching all cheer levels, and a strong commitment to cheer safety, we want to hear from you. Exceptional communication skills are a must, and preference will be given to multilingual candidates, with consideration given to geographic location. All live testing will be conducted via an online platform, compensation provided.

Criteria:

• Intermediate English (ability to navigate documentation and onboarding training)
• Be recognized as an established, experienced and respected coach within their region
• A minimum of 5 years as a coach in each level they evaluate
• Strong communication skills, personable and approachable
• Committed to the IASF’s mission to bring structure, consistency, safety and growth to the global community of All Star Cheer. 
• Willingness to complete the IASF Credentials to the level they are facilitating, including online education, live testing and facilitator training.
• Have access to a computer with a web enabled camera and stable internet connection
• Able to meet the IASF Facilitator Code of Conduct requirements.
• Submit a background check and recommendation from their home country.
